Conference “The Reserve Effect of Monaco’s Marine Protected Areas”

Events

Today a conference was held on "The Reserve Effect of Marine Protected Areas of Monaco" hosted by Dr. Alexis Pey, volunteer at AMPN, member of the Scientific Council of Marine Protected Areas of Monaco and President of Thalassa Marine research & Environmental awareness in charge of scientific monitoring of fish populations.

In Monaco, the AMPN has been implementing specific monitoring of Larvotto fish for many years, making it possible to estimate this “reserve effect” and obtain a clear vision of the current state of the populations.

This conference presents the first results and gives you more insight into the fish that inhabit the waters of Larvotto.

For those who were unable to attend or would like to watch it again, please find the video at the end of the news.
