MPA presentation at École Saint-Charles in CM2 class : Intervention n°1

Today, an intervention took place in Ms. Bancel's 7ème B class at Ecole Saint-Charles in Monaco.
In accordance with the objectives of the management plan for Marine Protected Areas of Monaco, this intervention aimed to introduce students to the theme of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs).
While introducing them to the richness and diversity of the Larvotto MPA, the intervention allowed the students to understand what are the objectives of the establishment of an MPA and what measures are put in place to achieve them.
The children were very interested and did not hesitate to ask very relevant questions. A future intervention to Larvotto beach is planned to present, directly on site, the various issues surrounding MPAs and the actions carried out by managers.
