Marine Educative Area "Generation 4": Presentation

This morning, the MEA was presented to the students of the 7th-grade class at Fontvieille School, who are responsible for the project for the school year 2021-2022.

The concept was explained, and a film showcasing the various ecosystems of the AME was screened, along with a discussion of the different actions for the sea that the students could implement.

In parallel, to raise awareness about marine pollution, the initiative was taken to invite the students to submerge a fish trap in which each student will deposit a piece of waste, and they will monitor its degradation throughout the year.

This program is strongly supported by the Prince's Government and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, as well as by all actors, whether public or private, who wish to contribute to raising awareness among children about the protection of seas and oceans.
