Today, the students of the 7ème A class of the Fontvieille School were able to realize their sustainable menu project in the presence of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco.

Created according to the children's wishes and in collaboration with the Société Monégasque de Restauration, Chef Marcel Ravin and the Monte-Carlo Bay Hôtel & Resort, this menu delighted everyone's taste buds: sea bream rillettes with raspberry tomato vinaigrette, chicken fricassee and linguine with carrot juice, tome des Alpes, cherry nage with marigold and corn ice cream.
